Description Under the limited supervision of a supervisory official in a state department, agency, or institution, provides front-line and behind the scenes customer and other support services involving the review, processing and issuance of agency documents; provides information to customers regarding department/agency programs and services; may provide guidance and assistance to clerical staff; does other related work as required. Specific to the Position Duties and responsibilities specific to the ASR 2 title include (1) billing/accounts payable/processing/tracking for one or more NJ State Park locations (2) resolution of complex customer service issues, (3) completion of technical form reviews, data entry and regulatory compliance requirements, and (4) responsibility for/independent management of internal Park programs (special use permit events, campgrounds and reservable picnic areas). In addition, manages boat launch & annual passes, park store inventories, seasonal program scheduling, etc. Due to the nature of the role, this position is performed exclusively on-site. Preferred Skill Set Organization, participation, familiarity with billing & NJ Start, cheerful disposition, OneDrive proficiency, ability to multi-task, and leadership. Requirements EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of experience providing information and support to customers or clients, responding to technical inquiries and/or complaints regarding products, services or programs, or collecting payments in a government or office setting. License Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
