JOB OVERVIEW:

SPINOFF Studios is a boutique and independently owned rhythm riding studio located in Guelph, Ontario. We are looking for motivated, energetic and skilled spin instructors to join our team.
SPINOFF Studios offers non-traditional rhythm riding rooted in the beat of the music. We believe that fitness is for everyone and welcome all levels and experience with indoor cycling. We strive for approachable classes while still challenging your body, mind, heart and soul. We stand on building community and a safe space for all. To consistently deliver on our values and our promise to deliver a workout “for Everybody and Every Body”, we are looking for someone like you to join us!
From the moment our riders walk through the door, we want them to feel part of the SPINOFF community. We strive to deliver the best customer service, a welcoming and safe space for everyone and a fun yet challenging and sweaty workout, which allows us all to “Spin our Souls”.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Coaching experience in group fitness studios or personal training considered an asset but not a requirement.
• Experience teaching or participating in indoor cycling/rhythm riding classes considered an asset but not a requirement.
• Strong understanding of musicality and rhythm riding.
• Interest in additional training, continued education and personal development.
• Committed to teaching with authenticity, motivation, integrity and positivity.
• Possesses an ability to create connections and build a community.
• First Aid Certification required prior to teaching.
• Additional certifications an asset but not required.
  Job Types: Part-time, Casual
  Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 1 – 4 per week

• Develop your class programming including choreography and playlists that allow your personality to shine while working within the SPINOFF framework and standards of excellence.
• Lead by example by living the SPINOFF brand values, showing up on time, being fully prepared to deliver exceptional experiences to SPINOFF clients and by building positive relationships with riders and other SPINOFF team members.
• Work as a team and communicate effectively with all SPINOFF staff members.
