REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum requirement of vocational or technical certification
  • 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations
  • SAP knowledge is preferred
  • Experiences working in order processing environment

Responsibilities
  • Perform inventory checks and replenishment of active SKU within Spine operations
  • Build, maintain and change Spine Procedure Kits used by Hospital surgeons
  • Support all national Kit requirements. Ship to and receive returns from Medtronic sites across Australia and New Zealand
  • Utilise SAP and Excel to manage product information and process goods in & Out of operation site
  • Plan and book shipments to hospitals and other Medtronic sites utilizing Medtronic preferred freight providers
  • Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock take of inventory
  • Communicate regularly with Medtronic sale and customer service teams to support future customer inventory requirements
  • Able to multitask and prioritize based on customer requirements
