SUMMARY

The Spirit Store Coordinator serves directly under the supervision of the Director of Advancement to support the execution of The Warrior Warehouse by managing the daily operations of the school’s spirit store. The role is pivotal in helping to fulfill the mission of honoring the Lord Jesus Christ by providing students an education based upon academic excellence and biblical values.

PROFESSIONAL AND INDIVIDUAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Must have excellent knowledge of staff position duties and be effective in duties as assigned.
  • Superior interpersonal relationship and customer service skills
  • Possess physical stamina required to fulfill the professional obligations of the job and their specific staff assignment
  • Proficiency in computer and technology applications necessary for the job position, including the ability to learn and utilize the Point-of-Sale system as required for store operations
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to properly use the English language
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated
  • Effective multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to schedule and other changes
  • Excellent judgment and discretion
  • This staff position requires the staff member to spiritually care and minister to those under the staff member’s influence and leadership. This includes but is not limited to being available to pray with other employees, challenging your team with Bible principles during staff meetings, and extending the mission and vision of the school into the culture of the staff member’s department.
  • Each staff member must live a life that models the school’s code of ethics, as outlined in the Faculty/Staff Handbook. In furtherance of the school’s mission of promoting biblical values, each staff member must be involved in the spiritual discipleship and care of those under the direct influence of the staff member, including other employees, students, and families as appropriate.
