We’re seeking an experienced leader to guide Eldercare’s Spiritual Care Approach. The ideal candidate will bring:
This is a rare opportunity to deliver a contemporary spiritual care model across a multi-site residential aged care organisation. Reporting to the General Manager Wellbeing and Allied Programs, you will share a passion for supporting older people to maintain important spiritual connections, and receive meaningful and inclusive spiritual care.
As Eldercare’s Spiritual Care Coordinator, you’ll lead and champion our Spiritual Care Approach, ensuring every individual is supported in mind, body, and spirit.
In this high impact role, you’ll oversee the delivery of integrated spiritual care services that reflect Eldercare’s overall wellbeing strategy and Model of Care, where spiritual and emotional wellbeing are recognised as vital to quality aged care.
You will introduce and drive continuous improvement in spiritual care practice, including ongoing program monitoring and strategy development. You’ll provide vision, direction, and professional guidance to an established team of site-based Spiritual Care Practitioners, and other organisational leaders, through training, coaching and sharing best practice.
