We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the Vice President of Spiritual Life. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a vibrant department that offers worship, fellowship activities, pastoral care, counseling, and educational programs aimed at enriching the spiritual well-being of our community. Requirements Experience: · Experience and understanding of worship preparation. · Excellent organizational and time-management skills. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office software. · Strong written and verbal communication skills, · Compassionate, respectful, and committed to supporting the spiritual needs of diverse populations. · Must have a valid drivers’ license. · Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions. · Must possess or be able to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card.
