RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Manage Splunk data ingestion.
  • Monitor and maintain Splunk infrastructure and configurations (both on-prem and cloud).
  • Enhance and optimize Splunk capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Cyber Threat Hunting (CTH) and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) skills
  • Experience in Security Operations Center
  • Knowledge in Cybersecurity
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Splunk Certified User, CISSP) preferred

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This is a contract role for a Splunk Analyst with 12 months of engagement. The Splunk Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including monitoring and analyzing security events, conducting cyber threat hunting and intelligence activities, and supporting cybersecurity operations. This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne, allowing for some work from home flexibility.
