REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three (3) to Five (5) years of cyber security engineering and Splunk related work experience required.
  • IAT Level II OR IAM Level I OR IASAE Level I Baseline
  • Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin OR Splunk Core Certified Consultant
  • Experience performing Senior Splunk Analyst duties.
  • Experience with cyber security architecture principles that achieve cybersecurity framework goals.
  • Experience supporting projects related to Splunk Engineering, and Security Operations.
  • Experience technically validating solutions and connecting business, data, security, systems, and other technical and non-technical architectures.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in supporting accredited Cyber Security Service Providers, Network Operations Security Centers, Computer Incident Response Teams, or National Security Agency certified Cyber Red Teams.
  • Experience supporting INSCOM or other Army programs

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide expertise in the support of Splunk SIEM.
  • Assists in the creation of ML solutions based on Splunk CIM.
  • Performing Senior Splunk Analyst duties.
  • Assist with implementation of Splunk Applications
  • Maintain enterprise security suite servers with current vulnerability patches and DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) settings.
  • Communicate with customer stakeholders to include leadership, support teams, and system administrators.
  • Create formal documentation such as reports, training material, slide decks, and architecture diagrams.
  • On call 24x7 support
