POSITION OVERVIEW

The Splunk ITSI Certified Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) solutions at scale. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Splunk Enterprise and ITSI, proven experience in monitoring complex hybrid/cloud environments, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in dynamic environments, can solve complex technical challenges, and is committed to driving measurable business outcomes through intelligent monitoring and analytics.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Mandatory: Splunk ITSI Certification
• 8+ years of professional experience in IT Operations, Monitoring, or Enterprise Infrastructure roles
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Splunk Enterprise and ITSI
• Strong understanding of service models, KPIs, event analytics, and advanced dashboarding
• Experience working with hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Scripting knowledge (Python, Shell, or PowerShell) for automation and integration tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex, large-scale environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States

• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Splunk ITSI solutions tailored to enterprise-level requirements.
• Develop and manage service models, KPIs, correlation searches, and glass tables to provide actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot issues related to data ingestion, correlation searches, and ITSI performance tuning.
• Collaborate with SOC, NOC, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to enhance monitoring and improve incident response.
• Integrate ITSI with third-party tools and data sources to extend functionality and visibility.
• Support Splunk Enterprise upgrades, scaling strategies, and architecture enhancements.
• Document technical processes, provide knowledge transfer, and mentor client-side teams on best practices.
