Description:

Are you a Splunk Specialist / Splunk Consultant who’s up to the challenge of helping organizations leverage their Splunk usage to the max, adopting it to new parts of its business and bringing impact?
A global enterprise size organization currently utilizing Splunk, recognizes its potential, and it is now in the process of creating and growing a team to create more value in different business units and other parts of the organization, around the world.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of Splunk experience, ideally in complex environments, with equivalent certification or role exposure and the ability to work with the business and technical teams to bring splunk related efforts forward.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Can work well with diverse, distributed teams, and happy to build relationships to support your team’s efforts.
  • Hands on mentality with technical abilities (cloud, scripting, and working with development when needed, in an agile environment with pipelines)

Responsibilities:

SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaise between stakeholders and the development team, helping translate requirements into development work.
  • Help educate the business, conduct Splunk onboardings and aid the business on adoption
  • Create custom dashboards and reports, helping management and business units see the impact from the efforts of the team putting Splunk to work.
  • Overview quality (packages, use cases – both from data and service intelligence sides) and help manage and implement use cases, delivering in an optimized and business meaningful manner.
  • Support proper data usage, normalize and optimizing data & developing effective queries, log analysis and properly bringing things in pipelines.
  • Work closely with the business and technical teams to bring impact via Splunk usage!
