  Join our new role of a ServiceNow SPM Domain Architect that focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module within ServiceNow.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

• Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement SPM solutions tailored to the organisation’s specific needs, including demand management, project and portfolio management, application portfolio management, and financial planning.
• Development of ServiceNow Solutions: Partner with the product team and other stakeholders to design and implement ServiceNow solutions
• Providing technical expertise and participating in the implementation of the new ServiceNow functionalities
• Documentation of ServiceNow architecture for use internally
• Contribution to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery
• Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third parties

YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE…

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technology field such as computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow (at least 4 years from implementation role)
• CSA certificate is required, CIS SPM is a plus
• 4+ years of experience with scripting or programming (JavaScript, SQL, DB)
• Domain expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is a plus
• Project management skills
• Advanced communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and technical designs
• Fluent English languange
