The Project: Metrolinx is delivering the largest subway expansion in Canadian history, featuring four major projects to enhance Toronto's transit: the Ontario Line, Scarborough Subway Extension, Eglinton Crosstown West Extension, and Yonge North Subway Extension. These projects aim to create a high-frequency, connected network, including significant tunneling and station construction, aimed at completion between 2030 and the early 2030s. You'll Be Responsible For: Lead project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring timeframes, budgets, and risks are effectively managed. Champion Safety First, embedding Mace’s HSW framework and promoting wellbeing across all teams. Oversee client, consultant, and contractor collaboration, driving alignment and stakeholder satisfaction. Provide subject matter expertise, guiding teams and supporting broader Mace initiatives. Deliver programmes and staging plans, integrating design, procurement, and construction milestones. Embed digital innovation, sustainability, and net zero carbon goals into project strategies and outcomes. You’ll Need To Have: Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent qualification. Extensive project management expertise in property or infrastructure. Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder leadership skills. Knowledge of sustainability, risk management, and construction methodologies. Note: The estimated salary for this position is 150,000 - 230,000 USD. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
