This is a 1099 Residential Provider position. PREFERED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: • Must be 21+ years old • High School diploma or GED • Must be willing to undergo a background check • Must have a clean driving record, Valid driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance and updated inspection. • Must pass a thorough environmental inspection if licensing own home • Any other item identified in the contract with primary residential contractor Qualifications ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: • Support individuals in services to increase independence, build upon and maintain skills specific to each person in services including but not limited to; personal care, home care, budgeting and money management, access and inclusion in the community, communication and self-advocacy, employment and civic duties, social and interpersonal relationship management. • Complete documentation according to regulatory standards and time requirements for DMAS billing standards • Maintain records as required by primary residential contractor and regulatory bodies • Maintain compliance with all DBHDS, DMAS, HCBS, CMS, and Office of Human Rights regulations. • Facilitate both announced and unannounced visits from primary residential contractor and the Office of Licensing or other representatives as they arise. • Other duties as identified in Contract with primary residential provid
