JOB SUMMARY:
The Sponsor & Partnership Manager is a member of the Solutions & Strategic Partnerships team within the Growth group, focused on relationship stewardship, sponsor experience optimization, and revenue generation. Tessitura is a non-profit software company, exclusively serving arts & cultural organizations, therefore this role requires a deep understanding of the specific needs of our members and community.
Working closely with the VP of Strategic Partnerships and cross-functional teams, this position drives revenue growth through compelling sponsorship opportunities that deepen partner engagement and create exceptional sponsor experiences that build long-term value. This position is responsible for achieving budgeted TLCC (Tessitura Learning & Community Conference) sponsorship revenue, providing overall stewardship to sponsors and partners, and serving as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of partner accounts.
Success in this role requires the ability to articulate how sponsors & partners directly address the operational and strategic needs of Tessitura members. This role is a close collaborator with the Community Vendors and Partnerships Manager on the overall engagement and communication strategies for the partner and sponsor programs. This role also provides the Solutions team with necessary connections and collateral to collaborate on partner functionality and positioning. The ideal candidate will possess strong account management skills, excel at relationship building, and have experience in sponsorship cultivation and stewardship.
