What you will be doing: Lead the end to end planning, execution and optimization of sponsored product advertising campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Google Shopping and other retail media channels. Build strong campaign strategies that include targeting, keyword management, bidding approaches and budget allocation to meet performance objectives and maximize ROI. Manage and mentor a team of Sponsored Product Specialists, ensuring high quality delivery, skill development, clear KPIs and regular performance reviews. Monitor all campaign metrics in detail, analyze performance trends and identify actionable optimization opportunities to drive reach, engagement and conversions. Run structured testing and experimentation to evaluate creatives, targeting variations and bidding strategies. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, performance updates, insights and strategic recommendations. Collaborate with clients to fully understand their business goals and translate them into effective sponsored product tactics and execution plans. Build reports and dashboards to track key indicators such as ad spend, reach, clicks, conversions and return on advertising spend. Present insights and performance reviews to internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting learnings and next steps. Evaluate and onboard new advertising platforms, vendors and technologies that can support growth objectives. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate commercial terms to ensure strong value for Jumia.
