A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE The Airtime and Sponsorship Implementation Executive is responsible for the end-to-end execution of sponsorship properties across the Nova and Smooth FM networks. The role requires strong collaboration across Creative, Sales, Airtime, Production, and Programming functions, with a focus on inventory accuracy, client service, and revenue support through effective sponsorship management. Sponsorship Operations Execute sponsorship properties nationally across Nova and Smooth FM, supporting achievement of network budget targets. Maintain excellence in the delivery of all sponsorship properties, adhering to and championing booking and creative guidelines. Liaise with Creative, Sales, Airtime, Production, and Programming functions to accurately instruct commercially placed and programming placed sponsorship properties, locally and nationally. Communicate weekly with ATN contacts on sponsorship updates to prevent category conflicts. Complete and distribute material instructions for commercially logged sponsorships across the network. Conduct weekly reporting checks to confirm that upcoming instructed material is correct. Support Sales teams in weekly sponsorship air-checks to ensure correct creative is in market. Act as a Campaign Boss ambassador and deliver training to new sales staff on entry management. Process sponsorship bookings accurately into the Aquira airtime system. Apply flexibility within sponsorship guidelines to meet client needs where possible. Provide general administrative support to the broader Airtime team. Pricing and Inventory Support Assist Sales teams across the network with pricing and inventory support to maximise sponsorship inventory. Maintain strong working relationships with Sales teams to promote sponsorship revenue streams. Assist the Pricing function with sponsorship implementation queries. Support short-term sponsorship inventory initiatives with Sales teams to build a high fill model. Premium Partnership Operations Assist with the implementation and reporting of major partnership campaigns as required. A BIT ABOUT YOU Qualifications and Experience Previous experience within the media industry; radio or broadcast operations experience preferred. Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (desirable). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong working knowledge of Outlook and Excel. Demonstrated ability to deliver timely solutions and build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation, including senior management and external clients. Attributes Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to carry out duties autonomously while contributing effectively in a team environment. Flexible and adaptable, including willingness to work outside core hours when required. Analytical and solutions-oriented, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex sponsorship challenges.
