What We are looking for As a Sponsorship Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution and development of our sports sponsorship and media partnerships, with a strong focus on Brazilian Serie A football, high-reach media properties and brand-building activations. What you will work on Manage sports and media sponsorships end-to-end: planning, execution, governance and performance tracking Lead the execution of a Serie A football club sponsorship, coordinating directly with the club, agencies and external partners Design and implement integrated on-ground and digital activation plans, including matchday experiences, branded and owned content, fan engagement initiatives and multi-channel media integrations (TV, digital, social, OOH) Act as the primary point of contact between the brand, clubs, agencies, media partners and suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment Maximize the value of sponsorship rights and assets, driving brand exposure, content amplification and media performance Collaborate with media, creative, PR and social media teams to integrate sponsorships into broader brand and communication strategies Track and analyze sponsorship KPIs (reach, exposure, engagement, brand impact and activation performance), translating insights into optimization actions Support sponsorship negotiations, renewals and potential expansion of partnerships Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for local leadership and global HQ What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management or a related field 3+ years of experience in sports marketing, sponsorship management or branded content / sports media projects Proven experience working with sports clubs, leagues, federations, media companies or agencies (creative, media, experiential or content) Experience in football-related sponsorships or major sports properties is considered a strong asset Previous exposure to the betting, entertainment or sports industry will be considered an advantage Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sponsorship calendars Experience managing large-scale activations and high-reach platforms (e.g. free-to-air TV, live events) Familiarity with sponsorship measurement frameworks, brand KPIs and performance tracking Excellent English, both oral and written (mandatory) Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder alignment skills Hands-on mindset with strategic thinking and strong attention to detail What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet!
