JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a leading player in the conference-based industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sponsorship sales and a proven track record in driving revenue through the acquisition of event sponsorships.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sponsorship sales experience within the conference or events industry.
  • UAE experience is mandatory.
  • Strong network of clients and proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sponsorship sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify, approach, and secure sponsorship deals with key clients across various industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors, ensuring value delivery and maximizing client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing and events teams to create customized sponsorship packages that align with client objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to offer innovative sponsorship solutions.
