Job Description We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic IT initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful execution from initiation to deployment while maintaining strong alignment with business objectives and technical standards. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage planning and budgets, mitigate risks proactively, and contribute to continuous improvement and organizational change. Responsibilities As part of your role, you will: Lead and manage multiple large and complex IT projects simultaneously Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource requirements Coordinate with stakeholders at all levels (senior management, clients, internal teams) to ensure clear communication and alignment Prepare and deliver regular project status reporting and steering committee presentations Monitor project progress using KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Manage project budgets and track actuals throughout the project lifecycle Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to ensure optimal delivery Oversee change management processes and support the adoption of new systems and tools Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements Facilitate post-project reviews and integrate lessons learned to improve future delivery Qualifications Required Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management with a proven track record in delivering large and complex projects Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and financial reporting Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Proven experience organizing and leading steering committees Ability to prepare and deliver high-quality presentations for diverse audiences Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to make decisions under pressure Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Strong conflict-resolution skills and the ability to maintain productive team dynamics A background or strong affinity with the Energy and/or Finance sectors is highly desirable Education & Professional Background Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Lead or in a comparable role Languages Fluent in French & English Dutch is a strong plus Additional Information All our positions are open to people with disabilities Level of Experience: 5-10 years Department: All Types of work contract: Permanent
