JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Deckhand to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vessel while providing excellent customer service to our guests. As a Deckhand, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the safety and efficiency of our operations on the water.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a marine environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Familiarity with rigging techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist in the safe navigation and operation of the vessel.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of decks and equipment.
• Handle lines during docking and undocking procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Monitor weather conditions and report any concerns to the captain.
• Assist with rigging and mechanical tasks as needed.
• Participate in safety drills and adhere to all safety protocols.
