What does your company do? Job Summary The Cheerleading Coach is a hands-on role responsible for leading young athletes and providing instruction in cheerleading fundamentals. The Cheerleading Coach helps deliver the i9 Sports Experience by creating a fun, positive, and encouraging environment while promoting confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Responsibilities Lead practice sessions focused on cheerleading fundamentals, basic motions, chants, coordination, and fun Teach and demonstrate core values including teamwork, positivity, and good sportsmanship Guide athletes through simple routines, cheers, and sideline engagement activities With the help of established platforms, communicate practice and game day information to players and parents Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and strong customer service skills while supporting a fun youth sports environment Qualifications Excellent communication skills Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks) Be sure to opt-in to texting so we can reach out to you!
