Job Description We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Sports Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Sports Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing state-of-the-art sports facilities that meet the highest standards of functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. Conceptualize and design sports facilities, including stadiums, arenas, training centers, and recreational complexes Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive design solutions Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings using CAD software Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sports-specific standards Develop sustainable design strategies to minimize environmental impact and optimize energy efficiency Manage projects from concept to completion, including budget oversight and timeline adherence Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and project teams Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in sports architecture and sustainable design Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Professional architecture license Minimum 15 years of experience in sports architecture or related field Proven experience with large-scale sports facility projects Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling tools Strong understanding of sports facility regulations and standards Excellent project management skills Outstanding communication and presentation abilities Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification (preferred) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail Willingness to travel as required for project site visits and client meetings Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
