We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Bartender to join our team. As a Senior Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drink experiences while providing outstanding service to our guests in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is stocked and ready for service.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
  • Train and mentor junior bartenders, sharing knowledge of drink preparation techniques and customer service best practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
