Description
About Us At Ford, our legacy of innovation and competitive spirit drives us to win on and off the track. This passion for performance dates back to 1901, when Henry Ford developed a race car called “Sweepstakes”. It featured innovations such as mechanical fuel injection and insulated spark plugs that helped him win the race, as well as the money and fame that allowed him to start Ford Motor Company. At Ford Racing, this same passion for performance and innovation drives our work, every day. It has powered historic wins, from Le Mans to Baja to Daytona, and many others. It has fueled the development of iconic and breakthrough products that allow our customers to infuse this passion into their daily lives – from Raptor to Mustang GTD, just to name a few. Today, our commitment to winning at the highest levels of motorsport, to transferring our learnings into industry-leading performance products, and to our enthusiast customers and fans is stronger than ever. Ford Australia As Australia’s largest automotive OEM employer, we proudly have around 1,500 talented engineers, designers, and specialists working across five Victorian sites. Crucially, Australia is a key global development hub for Ford, and their local design and engineering team lead the creation of vehicles including the Ranger, Ranger Raptor, and Everest – models sold in around 180 markets worldwide. Complementing this technical network, Ford Australia’s National Sales Company (NSC) located in Richmond, is the central hub for commercial and customer engagement activities across the country. For a century, we've been a driving force across Australia, building a legacy that truly speaks for itself. Leading the way, the Ranger continues its rein as Australia's No. 1 Selling Vehicle and our iconic Mustang proudly holds its position as Australia’s No. 1 Sports Car. These remarkable achievements are a testament to our unwavering commitment to innovation and a customer-focused approach that has delivered success across our entire lineup, giving us so much to be excited about! But we believe we do more than just build award-winning vehicles—we build careers. Discounted lease car options. Multiple Employee Resource Groups – Ford Pride, Women of Ford and Ford Empowering Diverse Abilities. Flexible Work Arrangements. Growth and development opportunities via internal and external training. Paid parental leave from day 1. Comprehensive Employee Assist Program. Wellness Programs including Free Flu Vaccinations and Health Checks. Paid volunteer days. About the Role As a Sports Car Marketing Specialist, you will join the Ford Racing’s global team to help drive the next chapter of our 125-year racing legacy. Based in Australia, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for premier series like Supercars and Mustang Cup. From leading high-impact trackside activations and digital content to managing VIP hosting and sponsorships, you will be the primary link between global strategy and local execution. By collaborating with race teams and partners, you will bridge the gap between our racing programs and regional markets, providing dealers with the tools to engage fans and champion the Ford brand. This position reports to the Global Sports Car Marketing Manager, based in the US and will be based at our new National Sales Company Office in Richmond, Melbourne.
