Job Specification: To ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the JA Sports Centre by providing excellent guest service, maintaining facilities and equipment, and supporting sports activities and events in a safe, professional, and welcoming environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Welcome and assist all guests in a friendly and professional manner. Support guests with equipment setup, such as manequines, poles, goals, water and ice Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Ensure all sports equipment is clean, in good condition, and safely stored after each session. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public and staff areas within the Sports Centre. Experience and Skills: · Previous experience in a sports, recreation, or hospitality environment preferred. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills. · Enthusiastic, energetic, and guest-focused personality. · Basic knowledge of popular sports (football, cricket, tennis, etc.). · Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. · Physically fit and able to perform outdoor duties in varying conditions.
