Job Description Sports Club Manager The Sports Club Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of a sports club. This role includes overseeing daily activities, managing team, organizing events and competitions, handling finances, and ensuring a positive experience for members and guests. Oversee day-to-day operations of the sports club Develop and enforce club policies and procedures Recruit, train, and manage the team Promote teamwork and a positive club culture Handle memberships, fees, and payments Plan and organize activities, training sessions, leagues, and competitions Manage memberships and respond to inquiries or concerns Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies Manage risk assessments and emergency procedures Qualifications Diploma or degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field Previous experience managing a sports club, team, or recreational organization Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of sports management and club operations Basic financial and budgeting skills Ability to work evenings and weekends as required Job-Category: Default Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
