We believe every child should have access to positive, enriching physical activity that supports their health, confidence, and development.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience delivering sports or PE sessions to young people.
• UKCC Level 1 coaching qualification (or equivalent).
• A genuine passion for working with children of all abilities.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain).

THE ROLE

As a Sports Coach, you’ll inspire children and young people across various settings, including:

• School PE Lessons: Deliver fun, structured, and educational sessions.
• Nursery sessions: Deliver fun and engaging sessions focusing on all stages of EYFS.
• After-School Clubs: Promote active lifestyles in a relaxed, supportive environment.
• Holiday Sports Camps: Lead inclusive, high-energy activities during school breaks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and deliver high-quality PE and sports sessions tailored to different age groups and abilities.
• Inspire and motivate children to participate and enjoy physical activity.
• Support children’s physical, social, and emotional development.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop as a PE specialist.
• Promote teamwork, fair play, and healthy living through positive role modelling.
• Monitor and report on student progress and engagement.
