JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sports Coach Playworker Lead Coach and Assistants – Term Time Only
Location: Northolt
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 3:15 pm -4:30 pm
Pay: £12.80 – £15.00 per hour (depending on role, age, and experience)

Available Roles

Lead coach

• Lead and coordinate breakfast and after-school sessions
• Supervise staff and manage daily routines
• Ensure high standards of safeguarding, behaviour, and well being
• Liaise with parents, school staff, and children
• Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities

Assistants

• Supervise and engage children in play and learning activities
• Assist with homework and behaviour management
• Help maintain a clean, organised care space
• Communicate positively with children, parents, and staff

Hours and Schedule

After-School Club: 3:15 PM – 4:30 PM

• Monday to Wednesday, term-time only

Pay and Benefits

• £12.80 – £15.00 per hour, based on age, experience, and role

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a childcare, school, or youth setting (preferred)
• A caring, calm, and confident approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of safeguarding and child development
• First Aid certificate is an advantage (training available)
