OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach with Teaching assistant qualifications to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and teaching as they will be in the school on a full time basis supporting children, The ability to inspire and motivate athletes of all ages and skill levels is essential for this this role involves developing training programmes, providing guidance during practices and competitions, and fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Teaching assistant qualification & experience
  • Proven experience in sports coaching with a strong understanding of various sports disciplines.
  • Excellent teaching skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with athletes, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their personal best while promoting teamwork.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that prioritises inclusivity and respect for all participants.
  • Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory. Join us in making a difference in the lives of young athletes through sport!
