Job Description THE ROLE: We are looking for a hands-on Data Analyst to join our Live Data Product Unit at Sportradar who will turn sports, performance and business data into useful insights and inform business decisions. Your key responsibility will be ensuring that Sportradar’s globally delivered Live Data Product services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and Service Level Agreements, i.e. around speed, accuracy, consistency, richness & relevance of sports data. Among others, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and continuously evolving a KPI framework across 30+ sports, inspecting at various stages in production and writing reports on findings with actionable insights. You will proactively analyse, evaluate and steer Live Data Product Performance so that Live Data Product continuously improves its measurability and standards against the competition. You will also help to predict and measure the impact of key product development deliveries. In this case the role would interact with business data.
