Description TBK Bank Sports Complex is seeking a Part-time Sports Event Staff Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be available to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with a weekly commitment of 12-24 hours. Responsibilities: · Assist with set up and tear down of events. This could include but not limited to setting up chairs, table, volleyball nets, soccer fields, baseball and softball fences, and admission gates. · Able to assist during events with guest and event provider questions. · Assist with keeping the complex clean and organized. This may include pulling trash, wiping down tables, and sweeping floors. · Ensure the complex is set up and ready for events. · Assist front desk as needed. · Answer guest, member, and employee questions about the facility schedule. · Maintain office cleanliness and organization. · Other duties as assigned. Requirements Requirements: · High school diploma or equivalent. · Willing to work nights and weekends if needed. Able to lift/move up to 50lbs Attributes and Skills: · Team Player–able to work with all levels of management and staff to solve issues and implement improvement plans. · Judgment and Decision Making – able to consider the effect of your actions and engage in conduct that demonstrates appropriate judgment. · Customer Service – able to provide a superb experience to our guests and members. · Communication – able to listen actively to understand what information is being conveyed to you; able to communicate information in a manner that will be easily understood, both to other staff members and to our customers. · Problem Sensitivity – able to tell when something is wrong or likely to go wrong; able to recognize problems and determine reasonable solutions. · Adaptability – able to implement new and revised policies as announced.
