The Sports Facilitator helps ensure the smooth operation of leagues and sports programs at CK Flex Plex. Supporting participation and skill coaching, key responsibilities include setting up and taking down equipment, encouraging participation amongst youth in sport, running drills and skills development practice prior to league play, and refereeing and scorekeeping for various sports including soccer, volleyball, and badminton.

Additional duties include assisting with sports clinics, birthday parties, and special events. This role may include routine cleaning and sanitizing, monitoring facility areas, maintaining a safe and organized environment, greeting guests, answering questions, and helping create a positive experience for all visitors.

Hours: Evening & weekends availability required. Position to start in September.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or currently enrolled
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (required)
• Coaching or referee certifications
• Knowledge of sports, recreational activities, and rules
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment safely
• Comfortable with the setup, installation, and teardown of recreational equipment
• Reliable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
