Job Description Manage recreational facilities and activities, including gym, courts, beach/pool games, and water sports. Coordinate and host engaging guest experiences and themed events. Ensure guest safety and satisfaction across all recreational areas. Lead and motivate team to deliver exceptional service. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest activity programs. Oversee scheduling, equipment maintenance, and activity logistics. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hospitality environment. Highly outgoing, energetic, and a true people’s person with a natural ability to engage and entertain guests. A strong team player with leadership and organizational skills.
