Through this model, the Club generates economic and social value for the community and supports the HKSAR Government in combatting illegal gambling.The Division - Membership & Customer Excellence (MCE) Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.The Job Ensure Club's facilities are properly maintained at all times. Monitor the condition of facilities and report any issues affecting operations. Assist in planning and implementation of various programmes or activities at the facilities. Provide quality service to customers and ensure a courteous environment. Handle customers' enquiries and complaints. Applicable to Raceday Operations, Tracks and Racing Facilities Staff: Prepare jockeys' gear for racedays and ensure tidy up of Jockeys Room Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor About You A minimum of 4 years relevantwork experience in recreation or facility management. Diploma in Recreation, Facilities Management, or related disciplines. Able to communicate in Chinese and simple English. Trustworthy, dependable, responsible, accountable.
