Registered with the relevant professional body (HCPC and CSP, BASRaT, or SST) with full professional indemnity• Clinical experience in MSK, sports, or performance-focused rehab• Strong assessment and rehab skills• The ability to build individualised rehab plans and coach clients through progression, not just prescribe exercises• Excellent communication skills• A genuine passion for education, high performance, and long-term client results• Comfortable working as a self-employed practitioner within an established clinic
