Your responsibilities at waterdrop®: Reporting to the French Sales Department, your main duties will include: Business Development Grow Waterdrop®’s revenue within the Intersport, Sport 2000 and multisport store networks (excluding racket sports specialist stores). Deploy the commercial strategy in your territory and identify growth opportunities. Develop revenue with regional buying groups. Prospect new retail outlets and build a network of key contacts (store managers, buyers, department managers). Network Management & Field Activation Carry out regular store visits: presenting new collections, negotiating and taking orders, merchandising implementation, installing POS materials and visibility actions. Train store teams on Waterdrop® products and our unique concept. Ensure shelves are well maintained and the brand image is consistent. Monitoring & Coordination Organize your field tours independently and manage your weekly schedule. Provide regular reporting to the French Sales Department. Share market insights: trends, competitors, customer feedback. Participate in sales meetings Your strengths and qualifications: Higher education degree (Bachelor’s level or above) in business, retail, or similar fields. At least 4–5 years of experience in a field sales role. Experience in sports retail is a plus; experience in nutrition/hydration is a real asset. Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, negotiation abilities and a performance-driven mindset. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a dense travel schedule. Strong interest in sports, wellness, and innovative brands. Fluent in English. Proficient with office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, CRM). Valid driver’s license required.
