MAIN OBJECTIVES

• Design, lead & manage activities aimed at maximising the health, fitness and athletic performance of the academy players.
• Develop and implement a strength & conditioning programme that will aid the athletic development of all academy players.
• Maintain records (for Audit/EPPP purposes).
• Conduct regular testing of players to ensure progression along their athletic development.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be working with the Forest Green Rovers academy and will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence based individualised athletic development for the academy professional and youth development players.
