Shield Sports Therapy is a young but fast-growing injury clinic based just outside of Frome in Somerset. We are a small dedicated team delivering high level results in a countryside clinic. We’re expanding and now have a brand new room to offer.
Our mission is clear. We want to transform lives through expert care and consideration, with a modern clinical approach. We see a variety of patients from high level athletes to the elderly, so the opportunities are endless.

• Building relationships - both clinically and professionally. We are a small team and pride ourselves on working closely together. Are you the kind of therapist who enjoys making conversation and encouraging your patients in your work? We want our clients to feel seen and enjoy working with you.
• Good communicator - are you an effective communicator who can make conversation with anyone? We want someone who can talk to a wide range of people.
• Good manual skills and clinical reasoning - we love a geek who has a passion for their work but is also curious about learning more.
• Innovator - we’re constantly on the hunt to keep our social channels relevant. We want someone who isn’t frightened of recording/uploading content to assist the growth of the clinic, we’re always open to ideas to help us improve!

This position is offered on a self-employed contractual basis working under the Shield Sports Therapy brand but with the opportunity to grow the business together. We offer a split of income to be negotiated at interview.

We’re open to any working pattern, at the moment we have room availability on:

• Weekday daytime on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays
• Weekday evenings
• Weekend daytime and evenings
