Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated, confident and professional Sports Therapist to join our growing private clinic in Bromley. This role is suited to someone with experience treating musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries who is comfortable managing clients independently and wants to build a strong caseload within private practice.

About Us

The Bromley Clinic is a private physiotherapy and injury rehabilitation clinic focused on high-quality assessment, hands-on treatment and structured rehabilitation.

We work with a varied caseload including sports injuries, back and neck pain, muscle and joint problems, overuse injuries and general musculoskeletal conditions.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Carrying out initial consultations and follow-up sessions
• Assessing and managing sports and musculoskeletal injuries
• Developing appropriate treatment and rehabilitation programmes
• Delivering sports massage, deep tissue massage and soft tissue techniques
• Delivering exercise-based rehabilitation
• Supporting clients through recovery and return to activity/sport
• Clearly explaining findings, treatment plans and recommendations
• Building and managing your own caseload
• Maintaining high standards of client care and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Sports Therapist / Sports Rehabilitation professional
• Relevant degree or recognised professional qualification
• Experience managing sports injuries and MSK conditions
• Strong assessment and rehabilitation skills
• Confident working independently
• Comfortable delivering sports massage and hands-on treatment
• Strong communication and client-management skills
• Proactive, reliable and motivated
• Strong interest in sports injuries, MSK rehabilitation and performance

Private-practice experience is desirable but not essential. Relevant experience within sports, rehabilitation or another MSK setting will also be considered.
