Your expertise in large-scale transaction systems will drive the creation of scalable, reliable, and secure backend solutions. As a key player in technical leadership, you will mentor other engineers and align architectural practices across teams, ensuring robust support for high-volume events and operations. This opportunity allows you to innovate and see your ideas come to life quickly, within a collaborative environment. \n Accountabilities Design and evolve platform architecture for sportsbook and game systems. Architect scalable backend systems with low-latency APIs and real-time data pipelines. Implement caching and database optimizations for high traffic performance. Define security architecture for API protection and fraud prevention. Lead design reviews and establish best practices across teams. Maintain clear architectural documentation and communicate trade-offs. Requirements 8+ years in building high-volume distributed systems. 3+ years as a Software Architect or Principal Engineer. Proficient in Node.js, Java, Go, or Python. Strong knowledge of WebSockets and message streaming technologies. Experience with relational databases and performance caching.
