* Travel to different locations verifying funds on property * Cover different roles, shifts, and locations within a 25-mile radius * Accurately process race and sports wagers on the POS system and kiosk * Become familiar with our betting options and be able to strike up conversations with customers regarding those options * Provide a top-tier level of customer service * Ensure you adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and government agencies * Maintain all aspects of our sports betting equipment * Effectively assist and manage the day-to-day activities and business levels of the sports book: scheduling, training, and mentoring staff, and fostering an environment focused on high performance, compliance, and family style service * Be a positive team member and work collaboratively with other team members and your leadership team * Additional duties as assigned At Caesars Digital, We Don’t Just Play the Game — We Set the Standard.
