Job Description
As Sportsbook Operations Manager, you will be the key strategic lead for your respective brand (Coral or Ladbrokes), ensuring that its promotions, bonus investments, and customer incentives are optimised to drive maximum customer and business value.
This role requires a deep understanding of the brand’s strategic positioning and customer base, working closely with internal stakeholders to refine operational processes, improve bonus efficiency, and drive data-led decision-making.
By collaborating with Proposition Managers, Fulfilment teams, and Data teams, you will help evolve our sportsbook offering, ensuring it is not only reactive to performance trends but proactively aligned with long-term growth objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in sportsbook operations, bonus optimisation, CRM, or a related role.
• Deep understanding of sports betting, player behaviour, and brand strategy.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience working closely with Proposition, Data, and Player Marketing teams to refine customer engagement strategies.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to react quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and an ability to challenge the status quo.
