Job Description As Sportsbook Product Marketing Manager, reporting into the Head of Product Marketing, you’ll be at the centre of shaping how we bring new products and features to market. In this fast-paced, market-leading environment, you’ll be the go-to link between Product, Technology and Sportsbook teams turning ideas into innovative experiences that excite our players. From early concepts and validation through to launch and measuring ROI, you’ll keep everyone connected and focused on delivering real customer value. You’ll play a key role in aligning Sportsbook and brand-led strategies, translating them into clear priorities and sharing these across teams. You’ll make sure business readiness is in place building awareness, sharing knowledge, and driving marketing and activation plans that maximise impact. Throughout, you’ll champion the customer voice, ensure responsible gambling is front and centre, and bring energy and innovation to how we create a world-class Sportsbook experience. A breakdown of the role: Shape success metrics: Define performance KPIs for new features, set ambitious targets tied to budgets, and track performance to drive measurable impact. Lead the narrative: Keep Brand Marketing and Player Marketing teams energised and aligned on product launches, ensuring go-to-market plans deliver on commercial expectations. Drive commercial value: Partner with product leaders to build compelling ROI cases and act as the go-to link between business, Product, and Technology. Own key partnerships: Manage 3rd-party sportsbook providers while being the ultimate voice of the customer in shaping new product development. Champion the player experience: Collaborate with the CX team to eliminate friction, embed Responsible Gambling into everything we do, and push boundaries on innovative user experiences. Inspire and connect: Share insights, best practices, and a clear stream of marketable content across teams and regions, making sure everyone is on the same page and set up for success. Qualifications Ideal Candidate Experience in marketing or product roles within Sportsbook (exposure to multiple areas is a plus). Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional projects that drive growth. Strong strategic thinker with excellent understanding of stakeholder needs. Solid knowledge of the Sportsbook and Gaming product landscape. Clear, confident communicator — able to engage effectively at all levels, both written and verbal. Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working at pace in a dynamic environment. Skilled in planning, influencing, and managing stakeholders, with strong attention to detail. Creative yet analytical, with a talent for problem-solving and simplifying complex information. Experienced in working with third-party suppliers and presenting ideas through PowerPoint or similar tools. Flexible and open to travel as required.
