As a Sportsbook Representative, you will: Shift: Varies | Pay: $16.00 per hour + tokes Accurately write, verify, and pay tickets for sports wagers in accordance with departmental policies and jurisdictional gaming regulations. Maintain an assigned cash bank throughout the shift, ensuring accurate handling of payments and change. Ensure sportsbook stations are fully stocked and maintained in a clean and orderly condition. Process sports wagers and payouts in a timely and precise manner. Reconcile cash bank at the end of each shift, adhering to established cash-handling procedures. Clearly explain betting lines, odds, and wagering rules to guests. Comply with Title 31 and Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) requirements. Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to guests, including information on property amenities and activities. Create and input player tracking cards. Promptly escalate guest concerns or suspicious activity to management. Perform additional duties as assigned. Maintain strict confidentiality in all company and departmental matters.
