We are looking for an energetic and motivated Part Time Stock Coordinator and Sales Consultant to join our team at Sportscraft Rose Bay and Double Bay stores. Part-time: 4 days per week About Sportscraft An iconic Australian brand founded in 1914. We are known for high quality, aspirational lifestyle daily wear. To maximise ales through providing excellent customer service, meeting sales targets and maintain the highest standard of store presentation. The Role Customer Experience Deliver premium Customer Experience through sound product knowledge & customer care VIP customers Reconciliation of all store to store transfers in AP21 Daily reconciliation of C & C & SFS orders Sales Follow the sales and service model to achieve business objectives Competitor activity Stock Management Loss prevention/theft awareness Assist with deliveries and ensure accuracy Management of stock movement process in line with business needs Monitoring and processing of daily refill, consolidations, product recalls, re-pricing, and markdowns Regular audits of stock against SOH in AP21 Monitor and report to SM on stock needs and stock sold Stock Planning Develop and improve stock planning process Monitor stock allocations to maximise sales opportunities Monitor and manage stock for VMB and Pre Sale events Skills & Qualifications Passion and experience in retail and/or service environment Strong communication skills and basic numeric + literacy skills Ability to use initiative Enjoys working as part of a team Flexible approach to working hours & can accommodate late and early shift requirements Documentation to prove right to live and work in Australia Where do I sign?
