We’re looking for an Account Manager – Onboarding & Growth Specialist to join our team. This isn’t a role where everything is figured out, it’s a chance to build and shape how we do things. We operate like a lean, fast-paced, high-growth startup, and we need someone who thrives on a dynamic, experiment-driven approach. This role combines the startup-minded hustle of getting new customers up and running with the scrappy, long-term relationship building that drives growth. You’ll own a book of business from day one, navigating an environment with evolving processes and resource-constrained challenges to ensure our customers are not just successful, but wildly successful.
