Job Description Identifying right land and growers to conduct SPR trials and have good management in order to have reliable result Conducting parent test (PT1) at production locations, evaluating plant morphology, adaptation, yield assessment, COGs and good data interpretation both Field Corn and Rice crop. Conducting parent test (PT2- Yield) at production locations to know impact of female tasselling on yield and seed size distribution at stage 6.2 for Field Corn. Conducting parent test (PT2-Pollen) at production locations to determine of male parent for tassel size, exertion and measurement at stage 6.2 for Field Corn. Conducting micro pilot for both Field Corn and Rice to fine tune ratio, nicking, population density, yield assessment support to production Conducting pilot production for both Field Corn and Rice at potential location to provide Risk-COGs, planting recommendation. Study harvest moisture tolerance to indicate moisture sensitivity of new hybrid combination Conducting seed processing study to improve seed quality and storability as assign Ensure all action plans implemented in trial sites towards germplasm security HSE compliance with company policy. Qualifications Graduated Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture and above At least 3 years’ experience in corn and rice seed production or corn and rice research activities. Have knowledge in seed production, technology and crop plant physiology Have experiences in seed production for both hybrid corn & rice Have experience in designing trials and statistical analysis skills Data interpretation and presentation skill Good computer skill including Microsoft office, Internet, etc., Basically knowledge for statistical analysis. Fair to good for English communication both speaking and writing.
