SCHEDULE This is a part-time position with the following schedule: Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet patients in a professional, respectful, and welcoming manner. * Escort patients to appropriate rooms and assist with patient flow. * Obtain and document basic vital signs, including: * Blood pressure * Oxygen saturation * Pulse * Other routine vitals as directed * Prepare patient rooms before and after visits. * Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and properly stocked. * Open medication packaging for patients when needed so the patient may self-administer medication, in accordance with Beacon Behavioral Health policies and clinical direction. * Communicate patient needs, concerns, or changes to appropriate clinical staff. * Maintain patient confidentiality and follow privacy standards at all times. * Follow infection control, safety, and office procedures. * Assist with light office or clinical support duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Prior experience in a medical office, behavioral health office, patient care, CNA, medical assistant, or similar role preferred. * Ability to take and record basic vital signs. * Comfortable working with behavioral health patients in a calm and respectful manner. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work the required Friday and Saturday schedule. * Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team. * Basic computer skills preferred. * Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
