Who You Are: We’re looking for an entry-level Spray Foam Helper to support our insulation crews. You need a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and comfort working in active construction environments such as attics, crawlspaces, and elevated spaces. What You’ll Do: Assist the lead Spray Foam Technician with daily job site setup and cleanup Help prepare work areas (moving materials, laying plastic/tarps, taping off areas) Learn how to handle spray foam materials safely under supervision Support equipment setup including hoses, ventilation, and protective barriers Help clean and maintain tools and equipment after each job Remove, trim, or dispose of excess foam as directed Follow all safety procedures including PPE use, ladder safety, and confined-space awareness Load and unload materials, keep the job site clean, and assist with basic tasks as needed What You Need: Ability to work in hot, cold, tight, or elevated spaces Ability to lift 50+ pounds, bend, climb, and stand for long periods Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong attendance and work ethic Who is RallyX?
