Job Title: Spray Paint Technician
Location: Northeastern Arkansas (near Walnut Ridge and Paragould)
Position Type: Full-time, Day Shift (Flexible Hours Available)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Spray Paint Technician is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing aerospace components to meet exacting quality standards. While aerospace painting experience is preferred, highly skilled automotive painters with long-term stability in their current roles will also be considered.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of aerospace painting experience OR 5 years of stable, current automotive painting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet precise specifications
  • Demonstrated reliability and stable work history
  • Experience working with spray equipment and industrial painting processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming
  • Mix and apply paint, coatings, and finishes according to specifications
  • Inspect finished products to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
  • Maintain painting equipment and workspace in clean, safe condition
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and on-time project completion
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements
